uniform patrol District One:  Deputy Chief  Bobby Todd District Two:  Deputy Chief  Janice Pilot The largest branch within the Memphis Police Department is Uniform Patrol which is divided into two districts, District One and District Two.  District One, under the command of Deputy Chief Todd, is made up of the Northeast, South, Southeast, and East Precincts. District Two, which consists of the West, Central, and North Precincts, is also under the command of Deputy Chief  Janice Pilot. The Downtown Precinct is also under the command of Deputy Chief Annette Taylor Uniform Patrol officers are responsible for answering calls within the city's eight precincts.
