On Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at 3:47 p.m., officers responded to an Aggravated Assault at 2690 Watkins Street at Valero. Officers were advised that at approximately 3:26 p.m., three Black males entered the business after exiting a dark SUV. Suspect #1 was the driver, with brown, highlighted-tip dreads, a mustache, and a goatee, wearing a yellow graphic t-shirt, blue shorts, and a ball cap. Suspect #2 was the front passenger, wearing a light-colored t-shirt, dark sweatpants, and a red ball cap. Suspect #3 was the rear passenger, with black dreads, a mustache, and a goatee, wearing a black long-sleeve graphic shirt with blue jeans. Suspect #1 grabbed several cases of beer while suspect #2 purchased a few items at the register. Suspect #1 then proceeded to exit the business, passing the point of sale without making a purchase, as suspect #2 held the door open.

The complainant exited the business behind the suspects and attempted to recover the stolen items when he was advised that suspect #3 pointed a handgun at him while seated in the rear driver’s side seat of the SUV.

The suspects fled the scene eastbound on Delano Ave.
