On Sunday, March 16, 2025, at 2:00 am. The Memphis Police Department responded to a fatal pedestrian crash on Sycamore View Road near Shelby Oaks Drive. An unknown hit-and-run driver struck and fatally injured a male pedestrian and fled the scene. The hit-and-run vehicle was a dark colored 2020-2021 Honda Civic. The car will have damage to the front, hood, and windshield. The vehicle was last seen going northbound on Sycamore View Rd. from Shelby Oaks Drive.
