On August 4, 2025, at 8:16 a.m., officers responded to a burglary at Memphis Diesel Truck and Tire at 3370 Fontaine Road. Officers were advised that on August 3 at approximately 8:30 p.m., five suspects broke into the rear bay door of the business. They broke into a container where truck tires were stored. The suspects loaded the tires, toolboxes, a welding machine, and AC machines into two box trucks. Additional suspect vehicles include a black Dodge Ram driven by a Black male with a limp and a Black Nissan. The Dodge Ram was last seen in the 3500 block of Democrat Road.

The box trucks, a yellow Isuzu Penske and a white Isuzu truck with Nature’s Own wrapping, were stolen from Flowers Baking Company at 1443 Senator Street. The vehicles have been recovered.
