On August 7, 2025, at approximately 2:48 a.m., officers responded to a burglary at Extra Space Storage at 900 Germantown Parkway. Officers were advised that the victim’s storage unit had been forcibly entered, and several thousand dollars’ worth of industrial tools were taken. Surveillance footage from August 3, 2025, at approximately 7:00 p.m., showed a tan older-model extended cab Ford F-150 with a black toolbox in the bed gaining entry to the gated lot by following another vehicle in. The truck stopped, and a suspect entered the lot through a hole in the fence line and got into the passenger seat of the truck. The suspects drive to the victim’s storage unit and are caught on camera removing items from the victim’s storage unit. The suspects fled the property through the front gate.
