Officers were advised that the victim was riding his bicycle in the area of Mound Street and Carnes Avenue when a suspect, occupying a black Infiniti G37 sedan bearing a paper temporary tag, exited the vehicle. The suspect threatened the victim with a handgun regarding a previous disturbance and stole some of the victim’s property.
