On Saturday, August 23, 2025, at 4:26 a.m., officers responded to a business burglary at 5030 Poplar Avenue at Vapor Wize. Officers were advised that unknown suspects backed a dark color Nissan Sentra or Altima into the business entrance, causing extensive damage. Two unknown individuals went inside the business and gathered smoke and vape products valued at $6000.00 along with $300.00 in cash. The suspects left the business and fled the scene, going South on Mendenhall Road from Poplar Avenue.

Suspect #1 was an unknown individual wearing a mask, a light-colored sweatshirt, light color pants, and black shoes.

Suspect #2 was an unknown individual wearing a mask, a light-colored sweatshirt, dark color jeans, and black & white shoes.

The suspect vehicle was a dark color Nissan Altima or Sentra.
