On Sunday, May 4, 2025, at 10:18 p.m., officers responded to a shooting in the 700 block of Glankler Street. Officers were advised that Calbert Shaw-Reed had suffered multiple gunshot wounds. Reed was transported to Regional One Health, where he succumbed to his injuries. It was reported that there was an argument between two males before multiple gunshots were heard. No suspect information is available currently.
