On Saturday, September 6, 2025, officers responded to a theft at 6:10 p.m. at Mapco, located at 459 E.H. Crump Boulevard.

Officers were advised that suspect #1 was a Black male wearing a green hoodie, a black ski mask, black pants, black tennis shoes, and suspect #2 was a Black male wearing a blue hoodie, a blue surgical mask, black jogging pants, gray tennis shoes. They were to approach the location from the south side of the building. The two suspects entered the business through the front door. Both jumped over the counter, where one suspect filled a plastic bag with assorted packages of cigarettes. The second suspect used store merchandise to scan and gain access to the cash register. The suspects stole approximately $150 worth of miscellaneous brand cigarettes and $110 in cash from the register.

The same suspects returned to the location on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at 05:48 p.m., wearing the same clothing. The suspects entered the location and again jumped over the counter, where they took $478 worth of cigarettes.

The suspects also match the description of those responsible for a cigarette theft from the same location on August 6, 2025.
