On December 21, 2025, at 12:14 a.m., officers responded to an aggravated assault at 610 North Germantown Parkway at Exxon. Officers located a male victim who had been stabbed. He was transported to the hospital in critical condition, where he was later upgraded to non-critical condition. The suspect fled in a black hatchback style vehicle.

Investigators identified the suspect as 42-year-old Frank Jackson and issued a warrant charging Jackson with Aggravated Assault. The Appling Farms Task Force determined that Jackson was in West Memphis, Arkansas.

The West Memphis Police Department was contacted and took Frank Jackson into custody, where he will be extradited to Memphis.
