On January 28, 2026, officers responded to an aggravated assault at 2898 Perkins at Rooster’s Market. Officers were advised that two Hispanic males entered the store and were upset about the price of a Red Bull. Both male suspects left the store before one of the suspects shot into the store with a revolver. Both suspects left the scene on foot, eastbound on Cottonwood.
