The image is divided into two side‑by‑side surveillance camera views of the same vehicle at night. Both images show a dark‑colored sedan. In the left image, the vehicle is stopped in a crosswalk at an intersection, with headlights illuminated and the front of the vehicle angled slightly left. Lane markings and crosswalk stripes are visible on the pavement. In the right image, the same sedan is shown from behind while driving on a roadway; the taillights are glowing, and a license plate is visible but not readable due to image quality. The background shows a multi‑lane street with painted dividing lines. At the bottom left of the combined image is the Memphis Police Department seal and the text “Memphis Police Department CRIMESTOPPERS 901‑528‑CASH.”
