On May 29, 2025, at 11:10 a.m., officers responded to an aggravated assault at 2260 Elvis Presley Boulevard at Marathon Gas Station. Officers were advised that the victim approached the suspect, and an argument ensued. The suspect pulled a handgun from his waistband and pointed it at the victim.

The suspect is described as a Black male in his mid-30s with a thin build and small braids. He wore a black hoodie with a multi-colored skull on the front, distressed jeans, and white shoes.

The suspect drove a white Dodge Charger.
