On Monday, November 24, 2025, at approximately 8:28 p.m., officers responded to an aggravated assault in the 1400 block of S. Third Street. Officers were advised that the suspect came into a store and after being asked to leave the suspect points a black handgun at the ceiling and waves it around, after the suspect walks out of the store he points the handgun at the store front and waves it again before entering a silver or grey Chrysler 300 with black rims on the front and a silver rim on the rear driver’s side. The suspect then left the scene.

The suspect is a Black male, thin, wearing a black hoodie with writing, black pants, and black-and-white tennis shoes.
