Aggravated Assault: 2400 Airways Boulevard

On April 26, 2026, at 8:55 p.m., officers responded to an aggravated assault at 2400 Airways Boulevard at the Shell Gas Station. Officers were advised that the victim got into an argument with the suspect over a refund. The suspect made several threats before he walked out and got an AR-style rifle from his red Dodge Avenger. The suspect stood outside the business and pointed a rifle at the victim. The suspect got back into the vehicle with a female, pointed the rifle at the victim again, and then left the scene southbound on Airways.
