On August 6, 2025, at approximately 12:00 a.m., officers responded to an armed party call at 3240 Thomas Street at M-Town Market. Officers were advised that the victim was providing food services for the suspect. When the suspect was informed that the business could not provide utensils, the suspect became irate and started to make threats. The suspect was asked to leave the business, but he refused and pulled out a firearm, putting the victim in fear for his life. The suspect left in an unknown vehicle before officers arrived.
