On Thursday, September 11, 2025, at 6:44 p.m., officers responded to a shooting at the Keystone Landing Apartments in the 4200 block of Ridgestone Drive. Officers were advised that the suspect exited a black SUV and fired shots into the victim’s vehicle, striking a 15-year-old passenger. He fled the scene west on Ridgemont Avenue. The black SUV was followed by a male driving a black newer model Cadillac sedan.

Video surveillance from the area showed the suspect exiting the driver’s side of the SUV. He fired shots at the victim’s vehicle. He was a heavy-set Black male in his late 20s with long dreadlocks. He wore a yellow shirt and dark-colored pants. He was armed with a black handgun.
