On May 29, 2024, at approximately 5:29 p.m., officers responded to a shooting in the 3800 block of Bald Eagle Dr. Officers made the scene and located a male suffering from a gunshot wound and was pronounced deceased on the scene. During the course of the investigation, investigators determined a 17-year-old Male juvenile was responsible for the shooting. On September 4, 2026, the juvenile was taken into custody and charged with Second-Degree Murder and Employment of a Firearm During the Commission of a Dangerous Felony.
