Arrested: Homicide – 4000 Block of Saint Pierre Boulevard

On October 7, 2026, at approximately 10:22 p.m., officers responded to a shooting call in the 4000 block of Saint Pierre Blvd. Officers made the scene and located two male victims, an adult and a 16-year-old juvenile, suffering from gunshot wounds. The adult male was transported to the hospital in critical condition where he was later pronounced deceased. The male juvenile was transported to the hospital in non-critical condition.

Shortly after, officers responded to the 500 block of Sharon St. regarding a third male victim who had been shot. The male was transported to the hospital in non-critical condition.

Officers then responded to an area hospital regarding a fourth male gunshot victim who arrived by private vehicle in non-critical condition.

During the course of the investigation, investigators determined the third gunshot victim, identified as Damein Jones, 20, and the 16-year-old victim, were responsible for the shooting.

Damein Jones was arrested and charged with First Degree Murder in Perpetration of a Robbery, Criminal Attempted First-Degree Murder, and Possessing a Firearm During the Commission of a Dangerous Felony.

The 16-year-old male was arrested and charged with First Degree Murder in Perpetration of a Robbery, Criminal Attempted First-Degree Murder, and Possessing a Firearm During the Commission of a Dangerous Felony.

The fourth victim has since been released from the hospital.
