On July 4, 2025, at 6:40 p.m., officers responded to a theft of an ATV at 2271 Podesta Cove. Officers were advised that the ATV was parked in a gated lot at the business. When employees returned to open the business, they discovered the ATV was missing. Video from the business showed that the suspects responsible were in a gray GMC pickup truck.
