On March 22, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., officers responded to an auto theft at Rufus Thomas Boulevard and Beale Alley. Officers were advised that the victim had parked his gray Chevrolet Corvette, and when he returned, the vehicle was gone. Inside the vehicle was the victim’s handgun. The vehicle has been located, but the firearm has not.
