On December 30, 2025, at 11:27 a.m., officers responded to a burglary in the 2900 block of Clearwood Road. Officers were advised that a door had been pried open. When the suspect saw that someone was in the residence, he fled the scene. The suspect is responsible for eight other burglaries that occurred from October through December 2025. The suspect forces open the rear doors or windows. He ransacks the residences, taking small, valuable items. He has manipulated or damaged alarms and video surveillance systems.
