On Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 4:31 a.m., officers responded to a burglary at 5255 Summer Avenue at La Palapa. Officers were advised that two suspects forced entry at this location by using a red bolt cutter to break the window. The suspects stole a cash register valued at $ 1,300, which contained approximately $300.00. The suspects fled the scene on foot out the back door. The red bolt cutters were left behind and tagged into property and evidence.

Suspect #1 was an unknown individual with a light complexion, wearing black gloves and a face covering.

Suspect #2 was an unknown individual wearing black overalls with a gray hoodie, black gloves, and a face covering.
