On February 7, 2026, at 3:46 p.m., officers responded to a business robbery at the Top Smoke Shop at 3683 Hickory Hill Road. Officers were advised that a male wearing a black beanie cap, black hoodie, black pants, and black shoes entered the Top Smoke Shop and approached the checkout counter, and asked the clerk to show him some of the merchandise on the display shelf behind the counter. Once at the checkout counter, the male attempted to snatch the product from the clerk. The male suspect reached into his hoodie and implied that he had a gun, threatened the clerk, and demanded the merchandise. The clerk handed the suspect the product, and the suspect fled on foot.

Suspect#1 is described as a male, thin build, medium to light complexion, 30-35 years old, wearing a black beanie cap, black hoodie, black pants, black shoes, armed with a handgun.
