On December 11, 2024, at 10:20 a.m., officers responded to a vehicle crash at Poplar Avenue and North Alicia Drive. The driver of vehicle two was transported to Regional One Health Hospital in critical condition. Video surveillance obtained by investigators showed a red car being struck by a black motorcycle. The video also shows a Black female exiting the driver’s seat, walking around her car, inspecting the damage, and then driving south on North Alicia Drive.
