On Sunday, June 7, 2026, at approximately 1:05 a.m., officers responded to a crash where a pedestrian was struck at Knight Arnold Road and East Danville Circle. Officers located the male, who was pronounced deceased on the scene. An unknown vehicle struck the male pedestrian. The driver fled the scene.
