On Tuesday, April 01, 2025, at 9:16 p.m., officers responded to a fatal pedestrian crash on North Holmes Street and Yale Avenue. Officers were advised that an unknown hit-and-run driver traveling southbound on North Holmes Street struck and fatally injured a female pedestrian and fled the scene. The hit-and-run vehicle may have damage to the front, hood, and windshield.
