Fugitive Unit Arrest Yields Drugs, Cash, and Over 400 Identification Cards

On February 19, 2026, the Fugitive Unit conducted a warrant pickup in the 3100 block of Brookmeade Street for 46-year-old Terrance Beauregard, which led to a significant recovery of drugs, cash, and identification documents.

When officers arrived, Beauregard was taken into custody without incident on outstanding warrants for Aggravated Assault and Vandalism $1,000 or less. During a search incident to arrest, officers located cash and a pill in his possession.

Officers also observed multiple small plastic baggies inside the vehicle, with one plastic bag containing a white rock-like substance, and the odor of marijuana was detected inside the vehicle. A search of the vehicle resulted in the recovery of marijuana, prescription pills, ecstasy, a digital scale, multiple cell phones, Social Security cards, identification cards, and numerous gift cards.

A subsequent search of the residence uncovered several hundred additional identification cards and driver’s licenses.

After a thorough investigation, investigators recovered cash, marijuana, prescription pills, ecstasy, methamphetamine, fentanyl, more than 400 identifications, over 200 gift cards, 16 Social Security cards, 2 debit cards, and 1 SNAP card.

Terrence Beauregard is charged with:

  • Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Manufacture/Deliver/Sell to wit: Marijuana
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Manufacture/Deliver/Sell to wit: Hydrocodone
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Manufacture/Deliver/Sell to wit: Alprazolam
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Manufacture/Deliver/Sell to wit: Ecstasy
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Manufacture/Deliver/Sell to wit: Cocaine
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Manufacture/Deliver/Sell to wit: Methamphetamine
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Manufacture/Deliver/Sell to wit: Fentanyl
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

The investigation is ongoing, and additional charges may be added.
