On Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at approximately 12:14 p.m., officers responded to a crash where a pedestrian was struck at Whitney Avenue near Baskin Street. The male was walking north on Baskin Street. As he walked across Whitney Avenue in the crosswalk, he was hit by a car that fled westbound on Whitney Avenue. The responsible vehicle was a red sedan.
