On June 12, 2025, at 12:20 a.m., officers responded to Methodist University regarding a male who had been shot. Officers were advised that on June 11, at 9:52 p.m., the victim was robbed at 3429 Watkins Street. The victim had a gun tucked into the waistband of his pants. A male suspect attempted to take the victim’s gun. A second suspect fired shots at the victim, striking him.

Suspect #1 was a Black male approximately 6’4″. He was bald with a beard. He wore a white shirt, blue joggers, white and blue Jordan shoes, and a blue baseball hat.

Suspect #2 was occupying a minivan, possibly a Nissan.
