On July 11, 2025, at 8:20 p.m., officers responded to a shoplifting at AV Mart at 3818 South Mendenhall Road. Officers were advised on July 10, 2025, at 11:40 a.m., three females entered the store. They ordered pizza and while the order was prepared, they loaded large trash bags with over $1,000 of food items. They left the store without paying.
