On July 18, 2025, at approximately 1:00 p.m., officers responded to a theft in the 3000 block of Cowden Street. Officers were advised that an unknown male parked a dark-colored vehicle in front of their home. The male got out of the car, walked onto the victim’s porch, and took a package valued at over $3,000.00. The suspect got back in the car and left.

The suspect was a dark-complected Black male with a goatee. He wore a gray T-shirt and light-colored pants.
