On July 9, 2025, at 10:57 a.m., officers took a report at 3830 Austin Peay Highway regarding a theft. Officers were advised that two vehicles pulled into the Goodwill lot, where six suspects exited the vehicles and began stealing property. The suspects broke a locked seal on a Trailer when they entered it and stole several items. The suspects also stole several items from boxes outside the store, where people had left their donated items.
