On Monday, August 11, 2025, at 10:12 a.m., officers responded to a theft of scrap metal at 815 Breedlove Street at Gordon Elementary. Officers were advised that two Black males, occupying a white GMC truck with a red dealership tag, had stolen copper from the AC unit located in the rear of the school.

Suspect #1 was a Black male wearing a gray shirt with a neon work vest, and a black and turquoise ball cap with black pants and red Air Jordan shoes.

Suspect #2 was a Black male wearing dark shades, a gray t-shirt, black shorts, and white tennis shoes.

The suspect vehicle was a white GMC truck with a black hood and red dealership tags.
