“Stay warm, stay safe, stay home,” said Chief CJ Davis. “With temperatures dropping below freezing, it’s critical that residents stay home. Check on family and neighbors, protect pipes, and avoid travel unless it’s a true emergency. We will work in collaboration with all city partners to ensure those who must be on the roads remain safe.”
The Tennessee National Guard will also support the city during the storm. Residents may see military vehicles on the roads assisting with hazardous conditions.

The Memphis Police Department urges residents to stay connected through official social media pages and websites for the latest updates on road conditions, closures, and public safety information.
