On Saturday, December 20, 2025, at 3:14 a.m., officers responded to a shooting in the 1800 block of Madison Avenue. A male victim was located and transported to the hospital in critical condition, where he was later upgraded to non-critical condition. Officers were advised that the shooting occurred in the 2000 block of Madison Avenue. Officers were given a suspect description of the male responsible for the shooting and two others who were with the male. Officers searched the area and detained three males in the 2100 block of Court Avenue.

Jose Osorio, 22, was charged with Attempted Second-Degree Murder, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Dangerous Felony, and Possession of a Handgun While Intoxicated.
