Aggravated Assault: 200 Block of Sussex Lane

On August 6, 2026, at approximately 10:11 p.m., officers responded to an aggravated assault in the 200 block of Sussex Lane. Officers were advised that the victim was sitting in his living room when he heard several gunshots, with one of the shots coming through the living room window.

Investigators reviewed video surveillance and observed several individuals armed with firearms running from the scene and firing shots into the apartment building. Investigators also observed the female suspect enter a blue Toyota Camry and leave the scene. No injuries were reported.

Suspect #1 was described as a thin-built Black male with shoulder-length dreadlocks. He was shirtless and wearing gray shorts and black socks.

Suspect #2 was described as a thin-built Black male with a short haircut. He was shirtless and wearing gray shorts and white socks.

Suspect #3 was described as a heavy-set Black male wearing multicolored shorts. He was shirtless and barefoot.

Suspect #4 was described as a Black female wearing a bonnet and a light-colored two-piece bathing suit.
