On Monday, March 2, 2026, at approximately 9:40 p.m., officers responded to an aggravated assault at 3233 Thomas Road. Officers were advised that the victims were sitting in their vehicle when they heard gunshots. The building and a vehicle in the drive through were struck. The suspect and his vehicle were captured on video before the shooting.

Suspect #1 was a Black male wearing a black Nike hoodie, blue jeans, and army green Ugg-type shoes. He was in the passenger seat.

Suspect #2 was a heavy-set Black female wearing a hair bonnet and a pink top. She was the driver.

The suspect vehicle was a small black Ford 4-door SUV, possibly an Escape, with a gray hood, a torn sticker on the driver’s-side rear window, drive-out tags, and the letters “JJ” written in chalk on the right-side front windshield.
