Robbery: 287 North Cleveland

On Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at approximately 7:00 p.m., officers responded to a business robbery at the Family Dollar at 287 North Cleveland Street. Officers were advised that two suspects entered the business and each grabbed a shopping cart. They filled the carts with merchandise from the store. The suspects ripped the security bars from the shopping carts and attempted to flee out the back door of the business without paying for the items. As the suspects fled out the back door and employee intervened. One of the suspects pulled a handgun and pointed it at the employee, asking, “do you want to die over this?” The employee backed away, and the suspects fled out the back door with approximately $200 in stolen merchandise.

Suspect #1 was a medium build male, approximately 5’6″-5’10”, and 35-45 years old. He had a black mustache, a black ski mask, a black jacket, black pants, black shoes, and a dark-colored Grizzlies cap. He was armed with a black handgun.

Suspect #2 was a thin, Black male, approximately 5’10”-6’2″ tall and 35-45 years old. He had a black mustache, a black “scream” hoodie, black pants, brown boots, and a black-and-white winter hat.
