On Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 10:42 a.m., officers responded to an aggravated assault at 3439 Watkins Street at Royal Bee Beauty. Officers were advised that two unknown Black males entered the store, took Red Pro and Andis hair clippers, and ran out of the store, passing all points of sale. The total value of the stolen merchandise was $515.00.

An employee followed the suspects on foot. During the incident, one suspect threw the stolen hair clippers to the ground, which the employee recovered. One suspect, described as having short black braids and wearing a black hoodie, black pants, and black and white shoes, pointed a black handgun at the employee and demanded the clippers, cocking the weapon during the encounter. The suspects then continued westbound on Gowan Drive on foot.
