On June 4, 2025, at 7:45 a.m., officers responded to an aggravated assault at Chick-fil-A at 7072 Winchester Road. Officers were advised that the victim was traveling on Winchester Road near the business when she honked her horn to alert the vehicle in front of her that the light was green. The car, a tan Toyota Sienna, then got behind her and followed her into the drive-thru line at the business. While in the drive-thru, the male suspect got out of his car and began to curse the victim. He threatened to shoot the victim and stated, “I got a switch on this gun,” as he pointed a handgun at her.
