On Friday, June 27, 2025, at 3:12 p.m., officers responded to an attempted motor vehicle theft in the 1300 block of Concourse Avenue. Officers were advised that the victim caught the suspects inside his vehicle trying to start it while it was parked in the parking garage. The victim said the subjects fled the area when he called out to them. The picture submitted was taken from video surveillance as the suspects were leaving the area.
