On Friday, June 27, 2025, at 4:01 a.m., officers responded to a business burglary at 5469 Poplar Avenue at Sunrise East. Officers were advised that two male suspects arrived at the business in a black four-door Nissan sedan. One suspect, described as being heavy-set and dressed in all-black clothing, acted as a lookout. The second suspect, wearing a blue hoodie and black pants, used a crowbar to gain entry into the business forcibly. After the br

eak-in, both suspects fled the scene in the same black Nissan.
