At 4:49 a.m., on Friday, June 27, 2025, officers responded to a business burglary at 6690 Macon Road at Dollar General. Officers were advised that two male suspects in a dark-colored sedan forcibly gained entry into the business using a yellow crowbar. One suspect, described as heavy set and dressed in all-black clothing, acted as a lookout. The second suspect was wearing a blue hoodie and black pants. The suspect, wearing a blue hoodie, removed empty cash drawers from the premises.

These same two suspects are believed to be responsible for a prior burglary at 5469 Poplar Avenue at Sunrise East. Reference Report #2506030160ME.

Following the break-in, both suspects fled the scene in the dark-colored sedan.
