On July 13, 2026, at 10:50 p.m., officers responded to a business robbery at the Circle K located at 585 Highland Street. Officers were advised that a male suspect entered the store, pulled a blue hoodie over his head, and approached the counter armed with a black handgun equipped with an extended magazine. The suspect pointed the weapon at the employees and demanded they open the cash registers. After the employees complied, the suspect took an undisclosed amount of money and fled the business on foot toward Spotswood Avenue.

The suspect was a male with a medium to heavy build and medium to dark complexion. He was last seen wearing a blue hoodie pulled over his head, gray sweatpants, red slide shoes, and a black face mask covering the lower portion of his face. He was armed with a black handgun with an extended magazine.
