On May 31, 2026, at 2:40 p.m., officers responded to an aggravated assault at Airways and Ketchum. Officers were advised that the passengers in a white Nissan Alimas were at the intersection when a male dressed in all black fired several shots into their vehicle, striking one of the victims. Video from the intersection showed a black Volkswagen sedan stopping in the middle of Ketchum, east of Airways. A male dressed all in black got out of the vehicle and ran toward the intersection. He fired several shots at the victim’s vehicle and then got back into the Jetta.
