On May 11, 2025, at approximately 11:40 p.m., officers responded to a pedestrian struck on North Highland Street near Faxon Avenue. The female pedestrian was transported to Regional One in critical condition. An unknown hit-and-run vehicle was a silver vehicle, possibly an SUV or pickup truck. The vehicle may have damage to the front and driver’s side with the side mirror damaged or missing.
